Ewenique farms confit lamb belly stuffed with wild boar sausage. Served with chermoula, on buttermilk polenta with a succotash of fava beans, cherry tomatoes, black trumpet mushrooms, red pepper & corn

Course 3

Chocolate tart with a passion fruit curd




The Marc is a French Bistro, casual fare well prepared and served in a comfortable vibrant room. Confit of duck, fresh Arctic Char and one of the best steaks in the city are specialties, finish things with Beignet or our amazing Chocolate walnut salted caramel torte.
