Classic Caprese Salad - Fior di Latte, roma tomatoes, chiffonade basil, balsamic reduction, extra virgin olive oil, Maldon sea salt flakes (vegetarian/gf)

Course 2 (choose one)

Lemon Butter Poached Salmon - Sous Vide 7oz Atlantic Salmon, gem tomato bruschetta, brown butter fried orzo, seasonal vegetables, pancetta crisp

Confit Chicken Leg - Wild mushroom risotto, red wine shallot jus, seasonal vegetables, warm focaccia (gf upon request)

Course 3

Strawberry Limoncello Panna Cotta - Orange tuille cookie, fresh whipped cream (vegetarian/gf upon request)
