COURSE 1 (choose one)

Potato Salad - House made potato salad with loads of dill, corn and crunchy bacon. 

Smokehouse Brisket Chilli - A sweet, smokey and savoury chili. Made with navy beans,  black beans, fire roasted poblano peppers, our signature smoked brisket and chipotle and coffee stout mole sauce. 

Mac and Cheese - Our classic Mac and cheese made with a creamy cheddar cheese sauce, elbow pasta and topped with our house made rosemary bread crumbs and cheese curds. 

COURSE 2 

Combo Plate - Your choice of three of our signature smoked meats. Choose from the  following (Brisket, Pulled Pork, Beer Butt Chicken and Louisiana Andouille Sausage) Your  choice of one of our signature house made sauces. Choose from the following (Maple  Bourbon BBQ, Diablo, Cherry Cola or Honey Mustard) Served with fries seasoned with our  signature brisket rub and our signature creamy coleslaw 

COURSE 3 

Mini Donuts- 12 light and crispy mini donuts cooked fresh to order. Tossed in cinnamon,  sugar and a tiny bit of spice. Served with our house made salted bourbon dulche de leche sauce.
