COURSE 1 (choose one)

Choice of house dip with freshly baked pita – Humus or Biber Ezme (red pepper dip) 

Sucuklu Humus – Grilled lamb sausage on bed of humus, pickles, and roasted pepper,  with a drizzle of garlic yogurt and basil butter 

Yaprak Sarma – Grapevine leaves stuffed with rice, raisins, and house mixed spices 

COURSE 2 (choose one) - Served with bulghur pilaf, organic greens in house dressing, and grilled vegetables 

Deniz Taragi – Grilled marinated scallops with a glazed fig butter sauce

Kusleme Kebab – House marinated lamb medallion, grilled to perfection 

Kabak Dolma – Stuffed zucchini filled sautéed seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs, mature parmesan and goat cheese, then baked and topped with a tomato basil sauce 

COURSE 3 (choose one)

Baklava – Layers of delicate pastry filled with walnut, pistachio, and honey
