Pastirma Sarma - Pastrami rolls stuffed with seasoned goat cheese and figs

Yaprak Sarma - Grapevine leaves stuffed with rice, raisins and fresh herbs

Course 2 (choose one)

Deniz Taragi - Grilled marinated scallops with lemon garlic butter sauce and served with chestnut pilaf, organic greens in house dressing and grilled vegetables

Saslik Kebab - Thinly sliced house-marinated beef, grilled to perfection and served with chestnut pilaf, organic greens in house dressing and grilled vegetables
