Cheese School: Holiday Showcase

The Cavern invites guests to savour the season with a special Holiday Showcase edition of Cheese School.

This guided tasting explores three curated categories of cheese, each paired with a selection of wines chosen to highlight flavour, texture, and story.

Participants will learn pairing techniques, gain insight into each cheese and wine, and rate their favourites to discover personal palate preferences.

The tasting takes place in The Cavern’s intimate, 22-seat space—perfect for a cozy afternoon of learning and celebration. Groups of 2, 4, or 6 are recommended, and guests may request to be seated with friends by noting it during booking.
