As we stir, we’ll discuss the types of rice to use, and how to adapt the flavour of your Risotto easily. You’ll also learn to use your leftover Risotto the Italian way as we hand form and deep fry a batch of Arancini. Plus to go with our deliciously decadent deep fried risotto balls we’ll make a pefectly spicy Arrabiata Sauce. Your Get Cooking experience includes an arrival appetizer and a meal of what you cook.
