Design Week – IN SITU: Pendennis Building

Join Next Architecture, LEDR Developments and Delnor Construction on October 12 for a guided tour of the newly restored Pendennis Building. The Pendennis Hotel was built in the early 1910’s, and has been known for its high quality materials and superior design in the construction of its main façade.

LEDR Developments recently restored this historic gem with a goal to preserve the beautiful architecture of this building while creating opportunities for small businesses and organizations.
