Join Chef Owner Kathryn Joel at the Teen Culinary Odyssey Boot Camp for a transformative culinary experience! Designed for teens who love food and cooking, the dynamic boot camp program focuses on developing essential culinary skills. Throughout the week, participants will explore the flavours and techniques of European cuisine, with an emphasis on classic French techniques, Italian pasta-making skills, and an exciting exploration of the cuisines of Portugal and Spain.
The boot camp runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is open to ages 13 to 17. As an exhilarating finale, the last day features a black box challenge, putting the teens’ newfound skills and creativity to the test. Get ready for a week of culinary adventures and delicious discoveries!
