Create your own festive chocolate bark with simple techniques and seasonal toppings
Craft your own holiday chocolate bark in this hands-on workshop led by the JW Marriott culinary team.
Guests will work with tempered chocolate and choose from seasonal toppings such as roasted nuts, dried fruit, and a hint of sea salt.
Two session times available:
11 AM to 2 PM
4 PM to 6 PM
Learn approachable techniques, assemble your bark, and package it to take home or enjoy during the holidays.
Suitable for adults and teens. Each participant receives a disposable chef hat.
