New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Marc

Celebrate the arrival of 2026 with an elegant four-course dinner at The Marc. Chef Karl and his team have crafted a celebratory menu featuring signature dishes and classic French favourites, thoughtfully reimagined for the occasion.

Guests can choose from a variety of exquisite options each course—from Salad Niçoise, Steak Tartare, or Oysters to Cassoulet, Parisian Gnocchi, or Chicken Ballotine, and finishing with Steak Frites, Salmon en Croûte, or Mushroom Bourguignon. End the evening with a decadent dessert selection including Pavlova, Market Cheese, or Chocolate Cake.

Reservations are available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
