This festive tasting features five pairings of sparkling wine and cheese, designed to kick off New Year’s Eve with flavour, bubbles, and discovery. Guests will learn pairing techniques, hear the stories behind each selection, and rate each pairing to uncover personal palate preferences.

Held in The Cavern’s intimate 22-seat venue, this early-evening experience sets the tone for a night of celebration. Groups of 2, 4, or 6 are recommended, and guests can note seating requests when booking.
