The ASO is presenting its first annual series, titled Ode to Humanity, featuring the ASO Chamber Orchestra led by pianist and conductor, ASO Music Director, Emilio De Mercato.
Ode to Humanity was created during the pandemic, aiming at celebrating humanity in a time of united strength and resilience. The cardinal directions represent and embrace the globe. Thus, each of the four concerts of the Ode to Humanity Series is named after each cardinal point: North, South, East, West.
“North” on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at the Betty Andrews Recital Hall, in Allard Hall, MacEwan University, will feature The Fifths: Beethoven Piano Concerto No.5 “The Emperor”, and Symphony No.5 “The Fate Symphony” (arr. strings).
Open doors: 7:00pm. Concert time: 7:30pm.
Tickets: $48 adult, $43 senior (65+), $30 student (12-25), $15 child (4-11).
Children 3 and under will not be admitted.
