Harvest Fest is a four-day culinary festival, celebrating the taste of the fall season. From October 17 to 20, enjoy fixed-priced dinner and brunch menus at participating Downtown restaurants and eateries, and these special culinary events. Space is limited.

Yellowhead Brewery Tour, 6:00 pm


Experience the brewing process firsthand on a tour of Yellowhead Brewery, Downtown’s Edmonton’s first craft brewery. This 30-minute tour includes beer samples and small bites from Yellowhead’s full-service tasting room.

Friday, October 18

Downtown Edmonton Food Tour, 3:30 pm


Discover Downtown’s best-kept food and drink secrets on a three-hour walking tour with Alberta Food Tours. Enjoy tastings and drink pairings at six Downtown Edmonton restaurants, while experiencing Downtown’s history, arts and culture.

Saturday, October 19

LitFest book launch, 3:00 pm


Join LitFest, the DBA and the Friends of the Royal Alberta Museum for a celebration of indigenous cuisine at the Royal Alberta Museum, as LitFest presents chef Shane Chartrand’s book tawâw. The cookbook traces Chartrand’s culinary journey from his childhood in central Alberta—where he learned to raise livestock, hunt, and fish on his family’s acreage—to his current position as executive chef at the acclaimed SC Restaurant in the River Cree Resort & Casino in Enoch, Alberta, located on Treaty 6 Territory. Hosted by Linda Tzang. Hors d’oeuvres inspired by Shane’s book will be served by the Museum Café.
