A beast of a burger with a full pound of meat. Includes six ounces of ground beef chuck patty, house brisket, pork, candied bacon, crispy onions, poblano relish, and signature maple bourbon BBQ sauce, served with our Mac and cheese.

These ribs are smoked with cherry wood low and slow for 4 hours before being finished on the grill with maple bourbon.

These chickens are smoked low and slow with Cherry wood and grill finished with Maple Bourbon.

SMALL MAC & CHEESE

Classic mac and cheese made with a creamy cheddar sauce, elbow pasta topped with cheese curds, and house-made rosemary breadcrumbs.

BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Crispy fried Brussels sprouts one of two ways: Tossed with bacon and topped with a dill ranch or tossed in a chili lime vinaigrette and topped with sesame seeds.
