Q: When did you fall in love with cooking?

A: I fell in love with cooking at a young age, with the help of my Mother – who is still, in my opinion, the best cook ever!

Q: What was the hardest thing to learn in the kitchen?

A: Leadership in the kitchen was the hardest thing to learn, and I’m still learning!

Q: What is your inspiration for cuisine now?

A: My inspiration for cuisine now, is creating a menu that speaks to multiple demographics. Friendly, and approachable yet challenging.

Q: What do you hope people think and feel when they eat your food?

A: I hope people feel happy when they eat my food! Committing to this industry was accepting that my food might be a big part of someone’s celebration – so I want my food to be as good as what people are celebrating. Whether that may be a birthday, anniversary, or an Oilers win!
