Wander historic 104 Street and kick off the holiday season at Downtown Winterval! Businesses in the area are decking their halls with deals and giveaways to help you stuff your stockings and fill your bellies.

Dress warm, bring your dog and party with live music, lights, beer gardens and more, December 1 & 2 on the 104 Street block north of Jasper Avenue.

Meet the Winterval bands

TALK

TALK is eccentric, flashy and colourful, and he’s crafted a sound equally unique. He launched himself on a rocket with his debut single “Run Away to Mars”. Originally written at 3am on a lonely night, the song has connected with listeners all over the world: earning 150+ million of streams, rising to #1 on the Spotify Global Viral 50, and reaching multi-platinum certification around the world, including in Canada, Sweden, Norway and more. Now, TALK is preparing to release his debut album Lord of the Flies & Birds & Bees. Rich Aucoin

Halifax Nova Scotia artist, Rich Aucoin, employs experimental recording techniques on his albums, and is noted for audience involvement and interaction at his performances.
