Wheat is more complicated and political than you might think.

See local and international artists come together to amplify the stories that grain can tell us about our future. On February 6, Morgan Possberg, Åsa Sonjasdotter, and Slinko will host an artist panel about their exhibit, online via Zoom. Registration is completely FREE, and all are welcome.

Make sure to catch the exhibition, from where the grain itself can speak, before it leaves!

This exhibition features artwork, both historical and modern, that gives voice to the plant, human and interspecies relationships that persist despite agricultural methods. Each piece personalizes the complex histories, politics and ideologies embedded in industrial wheat farming. Like pesticide-resistant weeds or the relentless reproduction of gophers in a field, each piece demonstrates the failure of monocultures of the mind.

Enjoy FREE admission for the duration of the exhibit, from January 16 – March 28.
