Light the Way is a celebration of light, live music, and community in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Until October 25, two downtown blocks come alive each day with free live performances at noon, 4 p.m., and 6 p.m., while stunning light installations illuminate the area from sunset to sunrise.
The idea is simple: when our streets are bright, lively, and filled with music, people feel welcome to linger, connect, and explore. Where there is light and creativity, people gather, and where people gather, more will follow.
Created through a collaboration of downtown neighbours, local businesses, and community partners, including Enbridge Centre and Rice Howard Place, Light the Way answers the call to bring energy back to the core and help light the way for positive change downtown.
