Two peoples. Two traditions. One table. This gathering is a heartfelt celebration of the shared histories and resilience that bind the two communities together.

Featuring Special Guests:

  • Stephanie Harpe, an award-nominated recording artist and an impactful Grassroots Advocate for MMEIP Murdered or Missing and Exploited Indigenous Peoples.
  • Maria Dunn, a Juno award-winning artist, a staple of Canada’s Folk music scene, and a strong ally and community Advocate.

Festivities include:

  • Live music from Stephanie Harpe & Maria Dunn
  • Cultural performances and community gathering
  • Special Bannock & Borshch features
  • Opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate together

This is a wonderful opportunity to honour the rich traditions of both Indigenous and Ukrainian communities while recognizing their collective strength. Please wear your kokum scarf.
