Where does the gallery end and the stage begin?
Experience an immersive, task-based performance inspired by the mesmerizing movement of bird murmurations—brought to you by the Art Gallery of Alberta and Ballet Edmonton.
Blurring the line between gallery and stage, this unique presentation unfolds throughout the AGA’s architectural spaces. Audiences are guided in gentle flow alongside the dancers, encountering movement, rhythm, and visual art in conversation. Like a flock in motion, performers and viewers respond to one another in real time—creating a shared experience that is fluid, intimate, and ever-changing.
Come ready to move, observe, and be carried along—this is not a seated performance, but a journey through art, space, and collective motion.
